AREX 5 Digital Hot Plate Stirrer 

  • Digital hot plate stirrer with CerAlTop™ plate ensuring precise thermoregulation of the media, high safety and maximum reliability. 

Key Features:

    • The timer can be set and the speed managed precisely and accurately, from 50 to 1500 rpm, making it ideal for any type of application, both at low and high speeds.
    • It has a powerful brushless motor and it stirs volumes up to 20 L (H2O).
      • Equipped with VELP-engineered SpeedServo™ torque compensation technology that ensures constant speed even when the viscosity of the medium changes.
    • The CerAlTopTM plate has a 135 mm diameter top that is protected from chemicals and scratches and reaches a maximum temperature of 310° C. 
    • It can be connected to external probes Pt100 and Pt1000 or to the VTF for precise temperature control of the medium.
      • When connected with the temperature probe (Pt100 and Pt1000) the AREX 5 Digital is able to heat up the medium up to 310°C with an accuracy of ± 1.0 °C while with the VTF the AREX 5 Digital is able to heat up the medium up to 300°C with an accuracy of ± 0.5 °C.
    • The internal electronic parts are protected by the insulating disk, which, together with the robust die-cast aluminum housing enables it to withstand even the most demanding laboratory environments and applications, such as when working with cold media (below 0°C).

    • By turning the right knob of the AREX 5 it is possible to easily adjust the stirring speed from 100 up to 1500 rpm.
      • Equipped with VELP-engineered SpeedServo™ torque compensation technology that ensures constant speed even when the viscosity of the medium changes.
    • It has a powerful brushless motor and it stirs volumes up to 20 L (H2O).

ARE 5 Hot Plate Stirrer 

  • Robust hotplate stirrer designed to guarantee safety, powerful stirring and excellent heating for basic applications for industrial and academic laboratories.

    The ARE 5 Hotplate Stirrer is the product of choice since 1983 for basic heating and stirring laboratory requirements.

Key Features:

    • The 135 mm diameter aluminum alloy top plate ensures great temperature homogeneity and optimum heat transfer across the entire surface.
    • It has a powerful brushless motor and it stirs volumes up to 15 L (H2O).
    • By turning the left knob, it is possible to adjust the temperature up to 310 °C, whilst the right one allows setting the stirring speed from 100 up to 1500 rpm.
