Going beyond standard approaches, Miele engineers, together with end users, have come up with individualized solutions to tackle everyday laboratory challenges.
This design is space-saving with just 23 3/5″ wide, it fits in the smallest of spaces while ensuring a high capacity; it also has a performance/cycle of 126 narrow-neck glasses or 121 pipettes – 7.42 (210) capacity, an ergonomic loading and unloading and telescopic runners, it’s flexible up to 4 different level positions, has everything in view thanks to the full-glass door and with its high capacity you can do reprocessing of containers up to 13 gallons.

SmartLoad
The position of the wash levels can be adapted flexibly to the height of the wash load. If only the lower wash level is used, a wash load is permissible up to a height of 24 4/5". The telescopic runners in the wash cabinet make it even easier to load and unload items.
Programmable controls
The programmable controls give Miele Professional's Washer-disinfectors, Thermal Disinfectors, and Lab Washers a high level of flexibility. The machines are already equipped with numerous programs ex works. Authorized users can modify these programs or create their own programs.
Conductivity monitoring
Residues from chemical agents during the final rinse phase can compromise the reprocessing result. Conductivity monitoring of the wash water facilitates the detection of such residues and their reduction to a defined level through further rinsing. This means that the reprocessing is more reliable, more resource-friendly and also reproducible.
HEPA-filter
Even in the case of instruments with a complex design or laboratory glassware, every surface is quickly and thoroughly dried with hot air. The ambient air extracted for this process must first pass through a highly effective HEPA filter. Thus the influx of undesirable suspended solids into the wash cabinet is prevented and the wash items are protected against re-contamination.
Drying unit
A powerful hot air dryer reduces the batch time and facilitates seamless process operations. In particular, reprocessing items with a complex geometry require outstanding drying performance.
Integrated dispenser pump
Miele Professional Washer-disinfectors, Thermal Disinfectors, and Lab Washers are already equipped with one or more integrated dispenser pumps ex works. Cleaning or neutralization agents can be dispensed automatically and precisely from a container.
Steam condenser
The moisture is removed from the exhaust air and it is also cooled by means of a steam condenser so it can then be directed to an exhaust air system or released into the atmosphere without a problem.
Easy-to-service construction
For planned maintenance and servicing, and in the event of a fault: The easier it is for the technician to install important components inside the machine, the quicker the machine will be back up and running. For this reason Miele Professional is keen to encourage simplicity in the design of its appliances from the development stage onwards, as this facilitates easy access and quick servicing.
